Frankfort – Jane Elizabeth Phillips Watts, age 80, passed away at home Wednesday, June 26, 2019. A memorial service will be held at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home Tuesday, July 2, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Les Whitlock officiating. Visitation will be held at Harrod Brothers from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Jane was born in Nicholasville, Kentucky, on February 18, 1939, to the late William Robert and Zelma Louise Bowles Phillips. She was a hairstylist in Frankfort for 44 years. She is survived by her children, David Watts (Sylvia) and Patricia Ann “Patti” Gullette (Robert); sisters, Judy Noe and Mimi Rhinehimer; and by 6 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to ASPCA or the Franklin County Humane Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Harrod Brothers Funeral Home.
