Teresa "Terri" Tracy

November 25, 1958 - December 21, 2018

Frankfort – Teresa “Terri” Moore Tracy, age 60, passed away at home, Friday, December 21, 2018. Memorial Services will be held at Hillcrest Baptist Church on Saturday, December 29, 2018, at 12:00 noon with Pastor Tom Troth officiating, assisted by Bro. Vernon Carpenter. Private family committal services will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends at Hillcrest Baptist Church from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. service time on Saturday. A native of Franklin County, Terri was born November 25, 1958. She graduated from Franklin County High School in 1977, and attended Kentucky State University. She served as a secretary for Hillcrest Baptist Church for 20 years, where she was a long-time member with many cherished friends. Her hobbies included crocheting, knitting, sewing, quilting, arts and crafts. She is survived by a daughter, Melanie Tracy (Ginger Frashure), of Georgetown; parents, William Garland “Sonny” Moore, Jr., and Peggy Hawkins Moore, of Frankfort; siblings, Jan Moore Lively (David), of Prairieville, L.A., and Nancy Moore Reed (Jeff) of Lawrenceburg; nephew, McClain Reed, of Lawrenceburg; and niece, Danae Reed, of Lawrenceburg. She also leaves behind her beloved dog, Buddy. Mrs. Tracy was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Tracy, Jr.; paternal grandparents, Garland and Hazel Moore, and maternal grandparents, William “Buba” and Sibyl Hawkins.
