Vivian "Voma" Fields Walker

Frankfort – Vivian Louise Fields Walker, age 81, passed away, Thursday August 31, 2023. Services will be held at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Les Whitlock officiating. A visitation will be held at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until service time on Tuesday. Vivian Louise Fields Walker, daughter of the late William Isaac Fields and Mattie Robinson went home to be with the Lord on August 31,2023. Vivian was born August 15,1942. Vivian attended Mayo-Underwood School and Frankfort High School. She retired from Kings Daughter Memorial Hospital and Kentucky State University. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary Post 4075. She leaves to mourn a daughter, Michelle Walker and a son, William S. Walker Jr (Blaine); a brother, James “Joe G” Jackson (Carolyn) all of Frankfort, KY. And two grandsons, Mico Wells (Ashley) of Louisville, and Georan Cardwell; a granddaughter, Brianna Walker, and a bonus granddaughter, Kaylynn all of Frankfort; three great grandsons Braylen, Kyran, and Maxton and a great granddaughter Avianna. And a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by Victoria Walker, her daughter. In her spare time, she loved cooking, working word search books, traveling, casinos, and family time. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Harrod Brothers Funeral Home and Crematory.
